Suspended Game Rule for Tri-Town Jr. Baseball

1) If the game is called before the end of the first inning, the pitching counts and the game must be restarted from the beginning.

2) If the game lasts 1 full inning or more but not more than 3 full innings if an 8-10 game (2-1/2 if the home team is leading) or not more than 4 innings if a 10-12/12-14 game (3-1/2 if the home team is winning) the game will be suspended at the time it is called and will be picked up at the exact same spot (e.g., same fielders, pitcher, batting order, people on base, out situation, etc.) at some time to be determined.  When the game is picked up it will go until 7 full innings (or 6 if 8-10) if it is picked up as a single game, or until 5 full innings (if part of a double header)(or 4 if 8-10), with the provision that there could be 1 extra inning if tied at that time.

3) If the game lasts until it would have been a regulation game, that is 3 full innings for 8-10 or 4 full innings for 10-12/12-14, but the game is tied at the end of the last full inning played it will be considered a regulation tie game and will not be suspended.

4) If the game lasts until it would have been a regulation game, that is 3 full innings for 8-10 or 4 full innings for 10-12/12-14, but the visitors have tied the score or gone ahead at the top of the inning and the home team has not scored a run (in a tie situation) or finished batting in the bottom of the inning, the game will revert back to the score at the end of the previous inning and will not be a suspended game but a regulation game with the home team winning.
